So, dosages are important. And Rogue Energy uses effective dosages that are within the recommended daily limits. I will start with L-Citrulline. This is an amino acid naturally occurring in food, such as watermelon. I didn’t know that! Cool. How much this is, differs from person to person.
Anyway, L-Citrulline helps to stimulate the blood flow to your brain to make you feel sharper, focused, and more energized. There are no reported side effects, only in combination with nitrate medications. This will give an increase in blood flow to the heart to cause headaches, dizziness, low blood pressure, and so on.
L-Carnitine (Energy Complex)
This is a chemical naturally made in your brain, liver, and kidneys. What does it do? Burning fat into energy. This doesn’t mean you could eat more calories, lol. L-Carnitine transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. What are mitochondria? It's called the powerhouse of every cell in your body.
